THE HISTORY OF KYIV HOTELS
The purpose of the article is to study the history and the establishment of hotels in the city of Kiev, as well as the factors that influenced the development of tourism infrastructure.
Methodology. The methods of comparison, expert evaluation, analysis, correlation, justification and others were used.
Results. The history of metamorphosis is described, from inns to fashionable hotels, new features and criteria for assessing the quality of service technology are identified.
Scientific novelty. The essence of the concept of "hotel" at the stage of creating a hotel business is revealed, as well as the results of the development of technologies and the creation of new standards in the tourism industry that have led to a high level of development of this area.
Practical significance.Historical chronology of events and the influence of the main factors on the development of the hotel industry.
