DYNAMIC ARCHITECTURE AS A NEW INNOVATION DIRECTION IN THE BOUTIQUE HOTEL BUILDING

The purpose of the study is to analyze the dynamic architecture as an innovative direction in the boutique hotel building.

The method of work included the use of such research methods: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, systematization, comparison, etc.

Results. The authors define the essence and purpose of hotel hotels, their development in the Kiev market, reveals the essence of kinetic architecture, examines the possibilities of using dynamic architecture when designing a new hotel boutique in the city of Kiev.

Scientific novelty. The presented work is a generalization of the information on the kinetic architecture and its application at the construction of the boutique hotel, as an innovative direction of construction.

Practical significance. Consideration of the use of dynamic architecture in the construction of boutique hotels, can be used in practice as an innovative direction in the construction of hotels.
