ANALYSIS OF PROSPECTS OF THE RIGHT BANK GASTRONOMIK TOURISM POLISSYA Goal. Theoretical substantiation of the preconditions for the development of gastronomic tourism in the region from the perspective of the development of gastronomic tours. The rapid ethnic-cultural revival, which is accompanied by the widespread growth of human curiosity towards its own national identity, has become one of the strongest responses to the challenges of globalization. Reflecting on the reconstruction of ethnic traditions, folklore, everyday life, crafts, holidays, which initiated the creation of various ethnoparks, national villages, special programs of gastronomic tourism in different parts of the region, where the autochthons of culture were preserved in the first form. Since the beginning of the 21st century, there has been a significant increase in the number of tourist trips in order to be added to the ethnographic heritage, and in this respect the Right-Bank Polissya is traditionally perceived as a region with great ethnocultural potential. Method. Retrospective analysis of natural recreational and ethno-cultural potential in the framework of gastronomic tours. Detection of regional differences in gastro tourism in the physical and geographical areas of the Right Bank Polissya and the definition of the characteristics of gastronomic tourism. In this study, it is necessary to assess the local potential and identify new trends in the development of gastronomic tourism. As part of the study, we tried to evaluate the regional ethno-cultural gastronomic tourism resources, as well as to identify new trends in using the richest historical and cultural heritage of the Right Bank Polissya. Results According to the results of the conducted research the local potential is analyzed and new directions of development of gastronomic tourism are outlined. Within the framework of the research, the evaluation of regional ethno-cultural gastronomic tourism resources is presented, as well as new trends in the use of the richest historical and cultural heritage of the Right Bank Polissya. The main destinations of gastronomic tourism in this region are located in the physical and geographical areas of Zhytomyr and Volyn Polissya with a slight weight of the Kiev Polissya. Scientific novelty. A new concept of gastronomic tourism at the local level based on physical and geographical zoning is proposed and grounded. Practical significance. The obtained results can be used in marketing researches of the market of tourist services and recreational needs of tourists. Gastronomic tourism is one of the important economic instruments and promising directions for the development of the region. Reorienting tourism to the domestic market will create the need to develop new types of tourist products.
