The essence of the concept «tourism policy of the state» has been examined in this article. The subjective and objective field of tourism policy with the levels of its formation have been analyzed. Zastavetska L.B. Principles and mechanisms of formation of new local communities and the functioning of the original settlement systems

The paper analyzes the features of the functioning of the primary settlement systems in the modern period, and indicated the need for the formation of the new Ukraine local communities as basic facilities management. This should be taken into account the following principles: placing the population, territorial, demographic, socio-economic and self-governing. These principles are the basis for the spatial organization of local settlement systems, which will be formed in the administrative-territorial reform.

The use of cluster-based approach to the new territorial organization of production and resettlement will be essential for optimizing the territorial organization of society, improving the efficiency of its management.

Kogaychuk S.Y. Garden landscape – as an object of agricultural tourism

This article describes current trends in the development of rural tourism in Ukrainian countryside. Peculiarities of the garden landscape functioning as a rural tourism are considered. The advantages of orchard using in the agricultural and industrial tourism are analyzed. Singled out a number of distinctive recreation "services" that is able to implement a garden landscape. The potential of Ukrainian territory concerning the inclusion of garden landscapes as tourist sites in the industrial structure of agriculture and tourism, as well as recreational activities is analyzed. Industrial facilities of horticulture have been singled out, which may be the subject of review in tour itineraries not only agricultural, but also industrial tourism.

Basing on the analysis of the average daily air temperature on the 11 meteorological stations of the Carpathian region (Ukrainian Carpathians) we identified the most enabling territories for the development of recreation and touristic activities in the winter.

Yacenko A.D. Types of recreation and tourism in regional recreational silvicultural systems Northwest Priazov

The paper examines the main current and future forms of tourism in regional recreational silvicultural systems Northwest Priazov. Among the most common release: hiking, sport orienteering and competitions, educational and amateur tourism. As a negative phenomenon, the existence of organized tourism, which leads to considerable damage to the forest biocenosis. Promising forms of tourism for silvicultural systems Northwest Priazov are cycling, horse riding and rehabilitation.
